Description
Unique Hout Bay House is a holiday house perfectly situated within close proximity to the beach, wineries, hikes, shops, and some of Cape Town's best restaurants. It boasts views of mountains all around, and is very private and peaceful.
The property is sloping slightly, and the house has three split levels. The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 1 ensuite with a queen bed, 2 with a double bed in each, and 1 with 2 single beds. There is 1 full bath and 1 toilet steps from the bedrooms, and 1 ensuite in the attached flatlet. The 4 bedrooms in the main house have separate doors leading directly to the garden and pool. The flatlet is attached to the main house with easy access, and includes an open plan lounge and kitchenette.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and fridge-freezer. The house boasts a comfortable lounge with leather couches, and a large family dining room with a table that seats 10, each with its own fireplace. There is also a smaller dining area off the lounge that seats 6.
The half-acre includes a lush garden, pool, deck, fire pit, and built-in braai, ideal for relaxing. The property is secure with an electric gate and room to park four cars. The pool and garden is maintained twice a week.
